Softchoice brokers generative AI partnership with Microsoft

Softchoice, a Toronto-based technology company, announced that it has inked a new agreement with Microsoft to boost its generative AI capabilities with Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Copilot for Security. Earlier in 2024, Softchoice launched an internal AI Solutions team.

The company was one of the first to integrate Copilot for Microsoft 365 internally, providing AI adoption options for its customers. The company experienced a 97 percent reduction in time summarizing technical meetings, 70 percent reduction in creating internal training modules, and substantial reductions in time spent creating customer technical content.

“Softchoice and Microsoft have been unleashing the potential in our customers for more than 30 years. We are excited about the next phase of our relationship, enabling organizations to move faster on their AI journeys and deliver better outcomes to their stakeholders. Whether they are transforming how their people work, how they interact with their customers, or building AI into their existing applications, Softchoice’s solutions will ensure they do it effectively, securely, and confidently,” stated Andrew Caprara, Softchoice’s President and CEO.
