PTL integrates Apcopay plugin for instant payments in Business Central

Technology solutions provider PTL Ltd has launched a plugin for its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customers that enables them to accept credit card payments through invoices and statements. Designed by its payments specialist sister company Apcopay, the plugin automatically embeds payment links within invoices so that payments can be automated efficiently and effectively, according to the company.

PTL's D365BC plugin aims to streamline financial management reporting and operations management, giving uses data analysis and dashboarding capabilities, according to Chris Demicoli, chief commercial officer at PTL. 

"The PTL Apcopay plugin helps businesses streamline payment processes, making it easier for their customers to make payments so that less time and effort is directed towards debt collection," he said.

Chaser offers credit management for Business Central users by releasing an enhanced integration to chase late payments

Chaser, a credit management automation platform provider, has announced a new integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central. The solution enables businesses to use automation and AI to more easily manage their accounts receivable processes.

This integration streamlines credit management for small to midsize enterprises that use D365BC, eliminating manual tasks and reducing late payments by 75% or more, according to the company. 

Recent enhancements to Chaser include AI-generated insights on payer behavior and recommended chasing times, providing users with actionable intelligence to improve their credit management efforts, the company said. Additionally, the introduction of the "auto-call" feature automates debtor phone calls, further enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
