QBS Group hits 200 affiliates with acquisition of Quonext’s Master VAR business in Spain

European Microsoft Dynamics Master VAR QBS Group has acquired "a major share" of Quonext, the Spanish Dynamics ERP and CRM solution provider and Master VAR.

With the deal (article in Spanish), QBS Group will take on sixQuonext employees and add fifty five Spanish sales affiliates to their existing network. The new unit will be called QBS Iberica, according to an announcement by QBS Group. Quonext will continue to focus on its other lines of business.

In June of 2014, QBS Group announced it had hit 100 sales affiliates in its first year of operation, with a plan to double that by the end of the year. The company has now fulfilled that plan and now has 200 affiliates according to Richard Bross, QBS Group co-founder and head of business development.

QBS Group is now considered the largest Master VAR worldwide, as well as the world's largest Dynamics NAV reseller. Overall, it now serves 19,000 clients and 140,000 users across nine countries.  The company went from virtually zero revenue eighteen months ago to €20 million, Bross said in an interview. It will continue to make investments in both their Master VAR organization and in OneBizz, their SaaS offering that bundles Dynamics NAV, CRM, and Office 365 in various configurations for the SMB market. OneBizz is sold through partners like their SMB-focused affiliates.
