Adobe and Microsoft announce broad new round of integration update plans

Adobe and Microsoft will be increasing integrations between their products yet again, the companies announced.

Adobe Sign will integrate to more products within the Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure lineups. And Marketo Engage will strengthen its integrations to both Dynamics 365 and LinkedIn around campaigns, account-based targeting, and buyer journey orchestration.

Sign-related updates announced by the companies include:

• Adobe Sign now works with Dynamics 365 Sales in new languages including German, French and Japanese. Sign-based forms can also be embedded in SharePoint.
• And signatures can be sent through Microsoft Teams. A bot can be deployed to manage, track, and get notifications for the status, Adobe stated. The Adobe Sign integration in Teams is also the first app out the gate to be certified as part of the Microsoft 365 Certification program, they reported. That certification ensures that enterprise data privacy and security are protected from the introduction of third-party developed applications in Microsoft 365.
• Adobe Sign is now available in Microsoft Azure in Europe, adding to its US availability.
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD) enterprise customers can now enable single sign-on for Adobe Sign via the Adobe admin console, the company stated.

In March 2019, Microsoft and Adobe announced the previous round of planned updates to integration between Marketo, LinkedIn, and Dynamics 365 for Sales.

Adobe also outlined how integration with Adobe Experience Cloud and Microsoft products is improving.

Marketo Engage, part of Adobe Experience Cloud, will be integrated with Dynamics 365 to deliver "a complete set of capabilities to orchestrate personalized multi-channel marketing and sales campaigns and workflows," Adobe says.
