AvePoint, a technology company that provides secure collaboration SaaS capabilities announced updates to its AvePoint Confidence Platform. The new capabilities allow customers to automate manual processes, create workflow triggers, and carry out object or user-based security searches for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure Active Directory.

AvePoint has expanded lifecycle management options, with new ways to set organizational policies, track orphan objects, and initiate remediation. Governance policies allow customers to define who can create Shared Channels as well as automated renewal cycles for Power Automate and Power BI workflows. Users can provision end-of-life Azure AD security groups. To achieve these goals, AvePoint has centralized monitoring and data protection for Power Platform, set up the ability to customize Private Teams Channel monitoring, and added ways to remove ghost users.
