Striim integrates with Microsoft Intelligent Data Platform

Data integration and streaming vendor Striim highlighted its integration with Microsoft Intelligent Data Platform. Striim Cloud now supports continuous data streaming for on-prem and cloud, and supports Synapse Analytics and Power BI.

The offering is a managed SaaS platform that is intended to be scalable and support real-time change data capture. As a result, Striim intends to allow customers to respond quickly to time-sensitive operational issues.

“Enterprise customers are finding it difficult to realize the power of the cloud as so much of their data resides in on-premises, enterprise databases, and cloud-based applications. This solution enables Azure customers to create smart data pipelines between their disparate data sources and their analytic products quickly, easily, and confidently,” stated Phillip Cockrell, senior vice president of business development at Striim.

Agita Labs launches always-encrypted computing offering

Agita Labs announced that its TrustForge secure computation offering is available for use in Azure. The company stated that with its offering, customers can upload data to the cloud while retaining control over it.
