Capgemini to acquire Australian services firm Empired, growing Microsoft services reach
Capgemini has agreed to buy Australia-based technology services firm Empired Limited for 233 million Australian dollars.
Empired has over 1,000 employees across Australia and New Zealand, with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure practices and expertise in industries including mining, utilities, and government.
