Microsoft and Accenture announced a five-year agreement to work with CNH Industrial to create connected products and services as part of CNH's digital transformation initiative. Together the three companies plan to create a global network of digital hubs in Europe, Brazil, India and the US for designing, launching and managing digital services.

Accenture and Avanade, the firm's joint venture with Microsoft,  plan to build and test a range of digital services including AI, advanced analytics, IoT and cloud computing. These projects will take advantage of Accenture's Industry X Innovation Network. Microsoft has worked with CNH since 2018 and Azure will be central to the initiative.
