Huge request from customers, option to roll down items from payroll setup to inactive records

On the Dynamics GP Support and Services Blog Adam Gaber wrote that sometimes you may want to make a change in the payroll setup options, but you don't want to include inactive employees.

Gaber wrote that now there's an option to that lets you just roll down changes for the active records rather than all of them. This feature will save you time because the system won't have to update all the inactive employees, which after a long time could be a lot of records.

To roll down changes for just the active employees, go to HR and Payroll under the Pay Code setup window, and under Setup, click Payroll. The feature will work with pay code, deduction or benefit, Gaber said.
