Capgemini launches new AI services based on Microsoft Azure to accelerate the business impact of AI at scale

Capgemini is expanding its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities with Microsoft through a series of services aimed at helping enterprises more quickly adopt AI technologies. The new services include AI Engineering for production-grade data and AI platforms, AI for Operations Intelligence and AI for Customer Experience. 

Capgemini's AI for Customer Experience (CX) enables its clients to leverage Azure AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 for Sales, Market Insights, and Customer Service as well as in Azure Bot Framework to increase revenues, resolve issues faster, reduce the volumes of contacts and complaints, and improve customer loyalty, engagement and overall satisfaction, according to company officials.

"Our strategic partnership with Microsoft and the solutions we are jointly launching . . . are changing the game for organizations wanting to drastically accelerate the business outcomes of their AI initiatives deployed in the Microsoft Azure Cloud," stated Anne-Laure Thieullent, AI and analytics group offer leader at Capgemini.

DXC Eclipse implementation of Dynamics 365 goes live at Gough Group

DXC Technology's subsidiary, DXC Eclipse has gone-live with a Dynamics 365 implementation at New Zealand firm Gough Group, an industrial and heavy machinery supplier.

D365 replaces a Dynamics AX installation and supports Gough Group's digital transformation initiative. The company aims to improve the customer experience and operate its inventory management processes more efficiently, according to company officials.

Grant Taylor, chief digital officer at Gough Group, stated that the new D365 platform is aimed at improving visibility into critical business information and helping the company to operate more efficiently.
