CData Software unveils CData Arc Cloud to automate B2B workflows

CData Software, a provider of data connectivity and integration solutions, has rolled out the CData Arc platform that enables organizations to automate their B2B integration workflows in minutes. The platform also allows companies to share data with partners in the cloud with CData Arc Cloud and on premises with CData Arc, formerly CData ArcESB.

CData Arc Cloud delivers no-code B2B solutions in the cloud, enabling businesses across every industry to modernize and streamline their EDI, MFT, API and application integration strategies without complex infrastructure, installation, or maintenance, according to the company.

"CData Arc Cloud is a modern cloud-first platform that dramatically simplifies B2B integration," said Amit Sharma, CEO and founder of CData. "With Arc Cloud, we will make it easier for businesses to trade with their partners and integrate systems without worrying about infrastructure."

HSO expands its Canadian operations by acquiring SHEA Solutions Inc.

HSO, a global business transformation partner, has acquired Canada-based SHEA Solutions Inc., a provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for the manufacturing and retail industries.

The acquisition of SHEA expands HSO’s presence in Canada and is the fourth such acquisition in North America since 2019 when HSO received a significant investment from global investment firm Carlyle, according to the company. This acquisition positions HSO Canada as a leading Microsoft Cloud partner for customers with operations in Canada, according to the company.

"The combination of SHEA with our previous acquisition of CRM Dynamics in Canada (2021), brings together two proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 teams to deliver integrated solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365," said Peter J. ter Maaten, founder and CEO of HSO.
