PowerObjects to launch groundbreaking capital markets data model

PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company, has announced the upcoming launch of The Capital Markets Customer Experience Data Model, a new data model designed specifically for the capital markets and banking industries.

The data model is aimed at accelerating the deployment of Dynamics 365, mitigating the risks inherent in a large deployment, reducing costs, saving time, and enabling better user adoption and acceptance, according to company officials.

"With lower margins and tighter cost controls significantly impacting the channel, organizations are more focused than ever before on delivering a better customer experience as a key differentiator," said Jim Sheehan, senior vice president at PowerObjects, in a statement. "Our new data model makes that possible."

Experlogix named a preferred solution for Dynamics 365

Experlogix Inc., a provider of configure, price, quote (CPQ) solutions, has announced that Experlogix CPQ is now a preferred solution for Dynamics 365 for Sales and Customer Engagement. The solution is available on Microsoft AppSource.

The combination of Experlogix CPQ and Dynamics 365 is intended to enable sales reps to quickly configure complex product and service proposals. Using Experlogix' visualization capabilities, reps can see product configuration changes on the go so they can identify the right options to fit customer requests, according to company officials.

"We're proud to offer Experlogix CPQ to Microsoft Dynamics 365 customers," said Christian Stepien, Experlogix's president, in a statement. "Our entire organization has continued to dedicate itself to providing the level of sales, customer service and product innovation necessary to achieve this partner distinction. Experlogix is built on a 100 percent Microsoft technology stack, and together we continuously push the co-evolution of our products to deliver an unsurpassed customer experience."
