Microsoft plans to expand Azure Availability Zones to new regions

Microsoft announced it will expand Azure Availability Zones to all datacenter regions by the end of 2021.

Following announcements in 2020, Microsoft has expanded its datacenters in the US, Indonesia, and China during the first few months of 2021. 

Azure Availability Zones provides a low-latency option to achieve high-availability cloud services. 

The company also recently launched the Well-Architected Framework, with tenets intended to improve the resilience of workloads.
