Microsoft Dynamics partner Sable37 has acquired a 50 percent stake in Payfields, a payroll and HR processing technology vendor.

As part of Sable37, the Payfields payroll solution will be called Xalari and will be integrated with Dynamics 365 Enterprise apps (formerly AX and CRM). Offered in the cloud and on premise, the solution is currently localized for 12 countries in the Asia-Pacific region and Sable37 plans to enter the US market in the third quarter of this year, officials said.

"We're thrilled to have Payfields join the Sable37 family," said Martin Wildsmith, global managing director at Sable37, in a statement." Together . . . we can accelerate the growth of the Xalari product line, as well as our business to help businesses operate more efficiently and make the most of their technology implementations."

Xalari adapts to the unique payroll requirements of each organization, officials said. The offering aims to to help firms comply with statutory regulations and audit and security needs.

"By joining the Sable37 family, we will be well-positioned to help organizations solve challenges around critical business processes - payroll and HR processing technology," said Gideon Vos, managing director for PayFields.
