Azure Updates: Azure for Operators; Firewall Premium; Arc; IoT Edge
Microsoft is expanding the reach of Azure for network operators. Azure Networking CVP Yousef Khalidi discussed Azure for Operators, and three key objectives for operators: changing service economics, finding new revenue, and boosting digital transformation. The program encompasses a range of initiatives such as low-latency compute with Edge Zones, private cellular networks, and an expansive stack integrated with RAN, Core, CNF, and OSS or BSS providers.
