Flombaum left her future plans vague, explaining in a post on LinkedIn, "I won't be returning to my role as head of Business Applications partner strategy." A Microsoft veteran of twenty years, she has been the channel leader for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform since 2017, with other Dynamics-related channel roles dating back to 2012.

Flombaum has played the dual roles of architect and evangelist for the ever-changing suite of programs governing the Dynamics and Power Platform channel. She was instrumental in the rollout of One Commercial Partner (OCP) as the program's lead for business apps, which meant both executing on the program and fielding tough questions from partners.
