Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service closing in on $200 million in annual revenue: Analyst report

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service generated $190 million in revenue 2020, according to a recent analyst estimate.

Gartner estimated the revenue of the solution alongside some of its field service management (FSM) competitors in their latest vendor ranking. D365 Field Service landed in the firm's "Leaders" quadrant, alongside the products from Salesforce, Oracle, IFS, and ServiceMax.

The analyst firm offered a 2020 revenue estimate for each evaluated solution, and Microsoft's was mid-pack among the leaders. Among the other vendors, Gartner estimated:
