Microsoft Dynamics ISV To-Increase acquires equipment rental and leasing software firm HiGH Software

Microsoft Dynamics ISV To-Increase has entered into an agreement to acquire Dutch software and services firm HiGH Software, a Microsoft ISV and partner that focuses on applications for equipment-driven companies.

The acquisition will augment To-Increase's applications for manufacturing and services industry focused on equipment rental and leasing, according to company officials.

But acquiring HiGH's solutions, such as DynaRent and DynaLease, To-Increase will be able to better serve customers in the manufacturing and services industry. The acquisition, which includes HGH Business Consultancy, will allow To-Increase to improve its position in the Dynamics market as well as he manufacturing and services industries, officials stated.

"We see our customers continuous innovating and differentiating themselves in the market by offering equipment as a service, stated To-Increase CEO Cornelis Bosch. "With the acquisition of HiGH Software, we help them in their digital transformation and can offer our customers a comprehensive solutions portfolio to support the growth and innovation of their business."

HiGH Software, which employs 55 people, develops and delivers applications for rental, leasing, transport, and services to manufacturing and services companies that use Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. The company's DynaRent solutions package allow To-Increase to develop software to support the digital transformation of its customers, according to officials.
