Microsoft Forms Pro has reached general availability, the company announced. The cloud service offers tools to create, distribute, and analyze surveys and other online forms.

Forms Pro is related to Microsoft Forms, but the pro version is built to integrate with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform, which means teams can deploy forms and surveys in the context of business processes and systems, and the results can be analyzed and used in that same context.

Forms Pro entered public preview in March 2019.

A Forms Pro survey can be delivered in a variety ways. For example, a Flow can be used to send a survey when a case is resolved or a lead is qualified in Dynamics 365 (there are pre-built flow templates for each). A PowerApp could have a button that launches a form. And because results are stored in Microsoft's Common Data Service, the resulting data can be tied back to customers or analyzed in aggregate.
