David co-founded the company in 2002 and he has some interesting perspective on what has changed in that time and what has remained important in the marketplace. Integration to ERP and accounting systems, like Dynamics products, has been an important element of Greenshades strategy over the years, but other factors have been key as well, like the shifting regulatory landscape and the choice of in-house versus outsource payroll, and of course, the work from home revolution of 2020. David also tells us why he is optimistic about some of the new partnerships that his company has formed, and he shares some of his expectations for the rest of 2021 and for the Microsoft channel more broadly.
