Financial processing solutions provider SignUp Software has announced the acquisition of veteran Dynamics 365 ISV Axtension from Microsoft partner Fellowmind.

The deal adds a range of solutions to SignUp’s portfolio including AP automation, project and shipment orchestration, project management, document management, and production planning.

“We are very excited to join forces with SignUp to accelerate development of state-of-the-art business solutions, strengthening our partners value proposition and further increasing the value our customers extract from their Microsoft 365 investments”, says Myra-Bella Prins, CEO of Axtension.

“We are excited to have six strong new products to offer end-customers and partners alike, and we are very happy to continue to develop our already established partnership with Fellowmind. We are impressed with the knowledge the Axtension team brings to our joint business”, says Olof Hedin, CEO of SignUp Software.

SignUp Software started in 1999 as a family business and went public in 2021. The company was then acquired in May 2023 by Insight Venture Management. SignUp has reported annual recurring revenue growth near 100 percent since the IPO. They have also added the ExFlow Travel & Expense and ExFlow E-Invoicing solutions recently.
