Two new predictive tools for Microsoft Dynamics 365 will help measure, act on customer intent

Microsoft and its partners are showing off new ways to improve lead management in Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps this week, with a focus on machine learning and automation. At eXtremeCRM in Lisbon, Microsoft has announced that its OEM partner Versium has launched Predict for the Dynamics 365 Enterprise sales and marketing apps, providing predictive lead scoring and new consumer and business lead data. And Microsoft Social Engagement (MSE) has rolled out several new machine learning capabilities through its Social Selling Assistant, aimed at guiding sales and marketing teams on optimizing social posts and generating new leads.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 now integrates with Versium Predict for customer analytics. The OEM arrangement provides Dynamics 365 Enterprise sales app customers with the option to install a new solution that can use CRM data to generate predictive models to score leads, to augment data on contacts or accounts, and to acquire lists of new prospective consumers or businesses from Versium's database.

The OEM deal was announced in October 2016. As part of the launch of the relationship, Versium has also announced it has broadened its own offering with enrichment data for contacts from more than 100 countries. Versium Predict is available for download through AppSource, and Dynamics users can access the company's LifeData warehouse the company's database, which it says has "more than 1 trillion consumer and business data attributes", at no cost (though Predict is a paid solution).
