Systems integrator Velosio has acquired Microsoft partner Silverware Inc., a Dynamics 365 Business Central-focused firm with specialization in the agribusiness sector.

Silverware was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, with another office in Seattle. The company is a Microsoft Gold Partner and CSP, employs 35, and serves primarily SMB clients in North America, according to Velosio.

Silverware’s agribusiness solution, called SilverLeaf, was originally created in 2017 for the cannabis industry.  Today the solution run on Dynamics 365 Business Central supports a variety of growers, company representatives told MSDW. The solution supports a wide range of greenhouse operations, including cultivation, quality control, delivery tracking, and integration to state regulatory agencies.
